This Saturday can the Girls be at the Beach Park for 11 30 please and the boys for 11 45 please report to our tent .I WILL UPLIFT ALL JUNIOR NUMBERS and hand the m out at the tent

Change of venue This meet will now take place at the Beach Park in Irvine

We are still looking for more UNDER 13 s to enter as it stands at the moment a large amount of Under 15 s and 17s will not get the chance to run

Juniors the format for these relays is 1st Leg
Under 13 DOB 01/09/05 to 31/08/07
2nd Leg
Under 15 DOB 01/09/03 to 31/08/05
3rd Leg
Under 17 DOB 01/09/01 to 31/08/03
Under 13 s can run 2nd leg and Under 15 scan run 3rd leg
In the event of not enough Under 13 s entering and we are over subscribed in the older age groups a time trial will take place at the Dean( 1 big lap ) on the Saturday 6th October
Please enter your details in the events book in registration including your DOB and SA number
Please check your SA number is up to date as without a current valid SA number You will NOT be allowed to compete
