Huge thanks to the young athletes especially the newer members who have signed up for Sunday BUT there is still a large amount of junior members who have not, whilst appreciating not everyone can attend, We actively encourage alll members to support this meet which is held in a competitive but fun environment

Events are 200mtrs 800mtrs Long Jump Javelin and Seniors only 3000mtrs Under 11s 150mtrs 600mtrs Long Jump and Turbo Javelin I plan to post a timetable shortly .To greatly assist the smooth running of this meet ,we will open the events book in registration please enter your details in the appropriate page ALL junior members are expected to support and compete in all 4 events As stated on our facebook page we are trying to have graded officials in attendance so that performances will be eligible for Power of 10 But we will still require adult volunteers to help and assist ( Huge thanks to all who have already vollunteered ) and please do not be worried as you will be given the full support and help from the experienced officials
Appreciate for seniors it clashes with the NAAC 10KM but this is the only suitable date available
