Thanks to the athletes who have confirmed there availability for Sunday .If you have not already advised your attendance can you do so ASAP as the team must be entered on to the YDL portal by noon tomorrow

The team has been posted on the Team selection section off this App ( At the bottom ) Appreciate there are gaps still to be filled in but we have been very unlucky with injuries and call offs or non availability
Could you please confirm your availability for Sunday either on here or on Harriers facebook page
Can all athletes selected please arrive by 11 30 am and stay till the end this will allow us to make changes if any athlete suffers an injury during the day
Plus it is a team event so you can support and cheer your team mates
