We are in for a busy night with 44 races to be run 4 × 600mtrs 10 × 800mtrs 15 × 100mtrs 8 × 80mtrs 3 × 300mtrs and 4 x400mtrs Could athletes please listen for announcements and be at the start / marshalling area in plenty of time reminder for Tuesdays Open Graded Meeting please do NOT leave it to the last minute as we will be busy this weekend with Roon the Toon and unavailable to answer any questions Please enter online at online-entries.co.uk .Juniors ENTRY is FREE as part of your membership .Please note CLOSING DATE for ENTRIES NOON on SUNDAY 10th JUNE NO ENTRIES ON THE NIGHT This will be run n the same format as our April Meeting, You enter your PB and are placed in a heat with athletes of approximately same time regardless of age and gender
No PB entered you will be placed in the slowest heat
Under11s will have there own events
