With the Christmas / New Year holidays we need to submit the team this week,but i need 5 or 6 adults to help the officials on the day ,Full support will be given and the tasks are not overwhelming We will be using coaches as sub team managers to help with the youngsters warm up and to ensure they get to there event on time .Please post on here or on the Harriers facebook page if you are willing to help

As unfortunately ii personally will be unable to attend this meet could i ask all athletes who have been selected to please acknowledge there attendance on this App .This will make Suzanne management of the team much easier on the day and allow us to bring in reserves if required

We will be running a subsided bus to this event All athletes are encouraged to travel on the bus ,good for team spirit and makes the job of Team Manager much easier and allows for last minute changes .Also due to the meet again being on a Saturday there will be parking restrictions at the Emirates
