The format of this event is one junior athlete from each age group 1 x Under 13 1 x Under 15 1 x Under 17 the teams will be selected by the coaches, but where practical we hope to give everyone a run .We will open up the events book for names next month .As this is a championship event SA numbers are required and club vests must be worn

Please see notice on Harriers facebook page as regards selection of Under 15 Girls ,apologies but this was felt to be the fairest way to resolve this

Plan for Sunday is to meet at the AAA at 9 30àm to car share to make sure that every youngster gets to Hamilton
Plan for the boys is to use 2 or 3 Under 15 s on the 3rd leg so we can field some complete teams
