The format for this event for juniors is slightly different 3 from each age group ( IE 3 x under 13 boys in one team )
Please note this event is OPEN for UNDER 11 s
Entries are declared on the day and the coaches will select the teams everyone will get a run ( even if there are 1 or 2 in the team )
Events book for entries is now OPEN to help us collate the teams please place your name ASAP
Club will pay for Junior Entries
This is an ideal event for both experienced youngsters and for anyone new to cross country, i would urge ALL JUNIOR ATHLETES who are available to enter as we hope to field lots of teams

Could ALL Junior Athletes PLEASE be at the registration for 11am ,i have to declare the teams and running order by 11 30 ,and the Watersports Club is a good walk / jog from the Beach Park First race is at 12 noon this will allow time for athletes to warm up and familiarise themselves with the course Plus i want to be at the course to see all the juniors running
