The final Ayrshire Open meeting is being held on above date this will be an age group meeting

80mtrs last of the sprints ( estimate 7 30 / 7 45 )
19 00 Long Jump
19 00 Shot Putt
All other age groups
19 00 100mtrs
20 00 800mtrs
19 00 Long Jump
19 00 Shot Putt
19 00 Javelin
As standard procedure athletes are allowed to enter a MAXIMUM of 3 events
Cost is £6 per entry regardless of number of events Timetable on Harriers website
Entries to online-entries.co.uk Entries close NOON on Monday 21st August NO ENTRIES ON THE NIGHT
Can i suggest for those new to competiting you arrive NO LATER than 30 MINUTES before your event .So for Under 11 s 6 15 and the Under13 s and above 6 30
This will give you time to declare, uplift your number and get warmed up
