Following our hugely successful first meeting its our intention to field a full team for this meet . This league is ideal for anyone young or old looking to compete for the first time on the track .The format of this league is that events are rotated through the 3 meetings please see the list of the events below for this meet

It has been decided to try and give as many Under 11 s as possible the opportunity to compete in this league .So could all Under 11 Girls and Boys who want to compete please enter there name in the events book and advise which dates they are available for this meet and the final meet on Sunday 6th August at Grangemouth ( we will be running a bus )
As regards the other age groups priority will be given to kids who were not selected for the YDL as this league is ideal for new kids to gain valuable experience . If you are interested in competing in this league can you please make sure you have a SA number ( Scottish Athletics number )

UNDER 17 s YOUR CLUB NEEDS YOU
It is our aim to try and fill ever event next week and on recent evidence this will be our most difficult age group to fill , thats why i am making this appeal for Under 17 athletes to compete next week ,as stated this is an ideal opportunity for any Under 17 athlete either returning from injury or doing there first competition , please post if available on here ,Harriers facebook page or speak to me any night at training
