Open Graded Meeting ( except for U11 s who will compete in there own age group ) open graded for those unfamiliar with this format .When entering you must submit your PB for that ,event you are then graded in a heat with athletes with a similar PB regardless of age or gender . If you do not have a PB for any event you will be placed in slowest heat Details of events to follow Photo finish and electronic timing will be in use

Please note all timings on the programme are approximate and we most probably will be running late with events due to the large number of heats ,we are looking at ways of speeding up the programme Athletes if you could report to the start area as quickly as possible ( appreciate there may be a clash of events so you may have to leave your field event if so please advise the officials and if feasible you will be allowed to return to the field event ) Your co operation will help in the smooth running of this meet
