I hear people have been having trouble entering this event , i e mailed the man behind it and he has sent me a list of all the entries ,he has so far .If you have entered can you please make sure your details are in the events book as we are going to cross check names tonight and tomorrow night, to hopefully ensure that nobody has been missed
If you have NOT yet entered can you please NOT leave it to the last minute entries close NOON ON FRIDAY as stated earlier NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY

We have been asked by the host club to provide a MINIMUM of 8 officials for this event. It would be good if we had more than that , for two reasons .One to hopefully allow the parent the opportunity to see there child compete and secondly with the upcoming YDL and hopefully CSSAL league, this is a perfect opportunity for the volunteer officials to gain experience. I have been in touch with Ron from online-entries.co.uk and he informs me that he only has 26 entries from KilmarnocK Harriers, in the events book there are currently 46 names . If you have entered you should have received a confirmation e mail, if you have NOT received this can you please contact him. If you have still to enter you have just over a week ,as previously stated this meet and all Ayrshire open meetings this year NO ENTRIES ON THE DAY
