This event is open to all athletes U11 – U17 although there are limited places, the teams will be picked from those that say they wish to be considered but hopefully anyone wishing to take part will get a chance at least at one of the meetings. We are in the afternoon session which means we would probably be leaving AAA around 12 noon, a bus will be going to each meeting at a cost of £5 per athlete, there will also be an entry fee for each athlete attending of £5 which will be paid to the club to help towards the cost of entering. This charge is per meeting.
Anyone wishing to be considered for any of these meetings please give their name at the events desk at registration, stating which meeting they would like to be considered for along with the events. All athletes must provide an SA number to be eligible for entry.
The events on the day are as follows:
U11 – 60m, 600m and standing long jump
U13, U15 & U17 – 60m, 60m Hurdles, 800m, 200m, 300m (U15G and U17W), 400m (U15B and U17M), High jump, long jump and shot putt
Triple jump is available at the 2nd meeting only for U17M/W

The club must provide 5 officials for each meeting, so if anyone can volunteer for this, that would be fantastic you don’t need to be qualified, parents will also be required to help at each meeting assisting the athletes. Anyone that can assist please give their name at the events desk along with the dates they are available. Without this help we will be unable to attend.
Age Groups are as follows:
U11 born after 1/9/2006 and already 9 years old on the day of competition
u13 1/9/2004 – 31/8/2006
U15 1/9/2002 – 31/8/2004
U17 1/9/2000 – 31/8/2002
