JUNIORS
The Christmas handicap for the juniors will take place on Thursday 15 December at AAA. If athletes could be there by 6:45pm it would help.

All junior athletes are invited to attend even if they don’t usually train on a Thursday.

Normal registration and payment procedures are suspended for the evening.

After the race there will be a Secret Santa draw in the main hall and all athletes are asked to bring a wrapped (unisex) gift to the value of £3.

Athletes should hand in their gifts at the start of the night.

There will be refreshments for the juniors after the Secret Santa draw.

If anyone can help with the refreshments, either by going to collect them or giving them out on the night can they speak to myself to Suzanne Sharp.

Volunteers are required to help marshal.

SENIORS
The club Christmas Handicap races will take place this year on Thursday 15th December at the AAA. The course is as per last year measuring c 5km, with the seniors(15+) starting in Carron Avenue Bellfield (in the tunnel).

We plan to start the races as near as possible 7.00 pm so please register from 6.30 pm

The normal registration and payment procedures are suspended on this night.

Those intending to run in the senior race should let Billy Roberton or Alasdair Murray know to allow handicaps to be calculated in advance. This can be done in person, via the club Facebook page or here robertonwl@aol.com. Failure to pre register before Wednesday night will result in a “challenging” and random handicap!

As in previous years there will be refreshments and presentation in the General Purpose Room after the races and the Secret Santa draws will take place. Junior members (15+) running in the senior event should bring a wrapped (unisex) gift to the value of £3, and seniors members a gift to the value of £6.
